Ms. Wu concentrates her practice on matters relating to land use, local governments, energy, and related litigation. Ms. Wu developed experience in federal litigation and policy in her prior positions with the Environment and Natural Resources Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. and San Francisco, as well as the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in San Francisco. Ms. Wu's land use and local government experience includes work at a California land use firm and, before law school, work on a large urban infill project in Seattle. During law school, she served as a research assistant to Professors Andrew Guzman and Kenneth Bamberger, focusing on federal regulation of consumer products imports.
