Ms. McKinley has experience with complex civil litigation relating to airports, telecommunications towers and the enforcement of state environmental statutes. Ms. McKinley's experience has focused on litigation matters, including a clerkship with The Honorable Wiley Y. Daniel, a federal district court judge in Denver, and a clerkship during law school with a litigation firm emphasizing commercial and civil rights matters. During law school, Ms. McKinley served as the Editor-in-Chief of the University of Colorado Law Review.
